BOJOY – Service to Customers Can Be Enhanced

Although BOJOY offers a wide variety of quality furnishings and home decor options, I was let down by their service. As a power user with lofty expectations for online retailers, BOJOY fell short of my standards. The customer service team was sluggish to respond to my questions and generally unhelpful when it came to finding solutions to the problems I was having. In addition, I had trouble tracking my purchases and they took longer to deliver than other online retailers. When compared to other internet retailers selling the same goods, BOJOY's prices aren't always the lowest. Overall, I think BOJOY has great potential, but their customer service isn't up to the standards of the modern online purchasing experience. If you want your customers to have a better shopping experience with you, I suggest you focus on improving your customer communication and delivery system.
