Review on 🍪 GIFBERA 2-Piece Nonstick Cookie Half Sheet Baking Pan Set - Double Coating, Warp Resistant, 17 x 11 Inch by Janet Brown

I'm afraid these sheets didn't impress me. I had high expectations based on many other reviews. I just wanted a pan that would last a long time. I have no illusions or expectations that this will be an airloom passed down from generation to generation. The fourth time it was used to roast some quesadillas under the grill, the pan made the familiar "crackle" as it warped in the oven. Not a good start, I thought. And then when cleaning, damn if I hadn't seen the spot where the coating had come off. Haven't tried the other one yet. But it's safe to say I don't have high hopes.
