My abs are still intact and it has been over a week. My best advice for making your nails last longer with these self-adhesive stickers is that you should wear dishwashing gloves when washing them up. Also, when I wash my hair, I use disposable surgical gloves that prevent hair from getting into my nails. After wetting my nails, I immediately carefully dry my nails one at a time and squeeze out the water by pressing on my nails. This will make your nail press last longer.
