Read this if you want to know more about my experiences.

I did this as an experiment to see if it worked. To my surprise, it worked, though. I didn't use it to the fullest 😒. I'm a very skinny little guy (5'6) who just doesn't like to eat (don't know why). I ate about 1000-2000 barley a day with MyFitnessPal. My minimum weight ended up being 120. There were a lot of things I did to make sure I was able to gain weight with Serious Mass. The "trick" I used was to add 4-6 tablespoons of peanut butter and 3-4 cups of milk. (anything as long as high cal milk is clearly better) my total was 2300+ calories 90% of the time! (100g protein, 330g carbohydrates, 70g fat). One mistake I found was trying to drink it all at once; it made me either give up everything or immediately pass out and take a 3 hour nap πŸ˜‚. Another big mistake I made drinking this smoothie on a daily basis was that my body couldn't consume real food. I was so full that day that eating made me nauseous. I changed the game a bit and decided to drink my "shake" (40+ ounces of liquid since I had to mix everything) every 2-3 hours. In the end, this method really worked. CONCLUSION (because it takes too long) I only gained about 12-15 pounds in a month. I'm also pretty sure 20% of my weight was on my stomach as it would make me look bloated due to my poor lactose tolerance. and lower body workout. I think I worked hard to get those "rookie wins". So I'm sure some of the weight is just normal muscle weight. Anyhow, I hope this helps people with a safe 5 stars!
