I did this as an experiment to see if it worked. To my surprise, it worked, though. I didn't use it to the fullest 😒. I'm a very skinny little guy (5'6) who just doesn't like to eat (don't know why). I ate about 1000-2000 barley a day with MyFitnessPal. My minimum weight ended up being 120. There were a lot of things I did to make sure I was able to gain weight with Serious Mass.
