6'2 150 kilos dissatisfied with my body wants to gain mass, muscles and strength lunch, snack, evening, snack. then sleep. In the past, this wasn't even enough to gain the weight and muscle I was looking for. and believe me, I wasn't stingy with the portions. And carefully studied his diet. I won't bore you with the usual eggs, oatmeal, rice, nuts (haha) and herbs. Work eats up every 10 minute break and obviously the lunch break was getting tiring and I found myself cheating or just skipping meals which became expensive, annoying and discouraging. It's also hard to eat and try to gain weight when you're underweight! Just eating enough is a mental battle in itself. I ordered my first sachet of Serious Mass in January 2020. At first intimidated by the huge doses I required, I decided to take half a serving (one scoop) and stick with my normal eating habits but incorporate a serious massage between meals. I'm also cutting back a bit on the amount I ate for snacks. (like a handful of almonds or some peanut butter) Well I can tell you this stuff works great. I noticed a big difference in my hunger levels, the amount of muscle mass I had gained, and my weight. 4/9/20 I weigh 190 kilos as of today and I'm still thin. good product. I only use half a scoop, which is plenty for me. My meal plan is now: breakfast, mass, snack, lunch, snack, (post-workout) dinner, mass, snack, (bedroom) Sparing use of this product actually improved my results and weight gain a lot, I'm very satisfied. Now some tips. (I bought 5 packs) Flavors: Chocolate. heavy, not suitable for mornings, but good. Banana. very sweet but light and good for the morning. Strawberry. a mixture of both (I'm sick of it) Mixing: Do yourself a favor and grab a 32-ounce shaker cup + two heaping scoops - one serving will barely fit in a 32-ounce shaker cup when dry! So take it in half portions and break it up. Also, don't put the shaker ball in first, it will be the dough ball. Pour your Serious Mass into a shaker cup, add milk or water and shake. Clumps will form, so add a shaker ball and shake again. that gives you the best consistency. This stuff tastes like cake mix and is hard to drink (just a little thick). If you use water, it will be much easier to drink, especially after a workout. (Image shows 2 scoops on a small plate to give you an idea of quantity) Overall a great product! VERY happy with it!
