Keeping track of your health is easy with this scale. It measures weight, BMI (which I think is useless because it only considers height and weight, not body type or muscle amount), body fat, lean body mass, subcutaneous fat, visceral fat, body. Water, Skeletal Muscle, Muscle Mass, Bone Mass, Protein, BMR, and Metabolic Age. The only thing I would add is a way to enter the waist size manually. All of these measurements are displayed in the app and are color coded so I can easily find areas that may be of greater concern to me. For example, underweight shows your weight in blue text, green for normal, yellow for overweight, and red for obese.
