I've seen some bad reviews about it. My TV weighs 60 pounds. It holds 88 pounds so it's perfect for what I need it for. As for the suspension block. Very easy if you hook it up to a 2x4 center. It couldn't be easier to say this. This is a good product and will encourage people to buy it. Follow the directions and make sure you hit the center of the 2x4. It's good that you won't have any problems at all. If you know how to use a tape measure. It's a light breeze. Good luck to all. Hope this helps everyone
