Simple product. Those who say it stays right are BSing the woman complaining about the ball and the twisty thing, it's easy once you read the instructions. Maybe I plugged it back into the car charger adapter instead and the problem got fixed, including it was always PN, it doesn't look like it was once connected to the car charger adapter anymore.
