I like that you can use it in combination with other tools, such as Google Analytics or DoubleClick Campaign Manager to get more insight into your PPC advertising campaigns. You need to have some technical knowledge of setting up data sources and integrating them together. There are many features out there but this one is easy enough to set up without having to hire someone who knows what they're doing. The implementation part takes time which sometimes makes us wonder if we should just go for another tool. We were looking at how our clients' traffic was performing using different metrics such as CTRs etc. It provided an overview of all those parameters in a very user-friendly format which allowed us to see patterns quickly.
