I have used RZ masks before but they only come with vents. In some places (medical rooms) it is not allowed to use ventilated masks. These sport cycling filter masks are the best non-vented masks I have found. Very easy to put on and take off. Velcro in the neck. I use them without head straps and ear loops - just close the velcro and go. The fit depends on your face/head size. I found the ear hooks too short to wear comfortably in my ears. They work great for me with just the neck closure, which is all the RZ mask has anyway.
