I got this to put my window AC unit on so I could wheel it into the storage closet easily this fall. It worked perfectly for that. It was assembling it that dropped the stars.It should have 16 screws. It had 17- which is wonderful in case I lost one. The included 2 way screwdriver would not come apart to get to the phillips head. I had to pry it with another screwdriver. Then neither screwdriver would push the screws into to plastic corner pieces other than just a minimal way. I had to get a power drill for that. As I went to insert the steel bars ( be sure to lubricate them with something or you will never get them out if you measure wrong!) I found the end of one bar was squashed & would not go in the slot. I had to take pliers and "reshape" it to get it in.Once assembled it worked great. But don't believe the "assembly in 3 minutes" on the box.
