This skirt is hit and miss. It's made of dense fabric (almost as thick as padding), and there's a lot of that in this skirt. I am 5 feet 3 inches tall and weigh 110 pounds. It was too big a skirt. It assembles on the back to accommodate large/medium sizes. Basically you need to be taller or heavier for this skirt to work well. Check out Mary Poppins but the skirt in the picture is not exactly the one you received. Oh, the most important thing - the indicated waist corresponds to the size of the skirt.
