This is a replacement for a similar case and keyboard that has been very well used. The previous keyboard started to fail, so a replacement was needed. This appears to be an increase over the previous one. While the body is similar, it has additional qualities that I think stand out. There's room for an Apple Pencil, as well as a charging adapter, which my previous case didn't have. The keyboard is larger than the previous one. It fits comfortably in the case. The trackpad is a great complement to the keyboard, making the iPad feel more like a computer when using this feature. Not sure how long the battery in the keyboard will last, I've charged it once every 2 weeks since it arrived. The caveat is that I don't use it on a daily basis and usually try to turn it off when I'm not using it.
