Review on Mygreen Canvas Crossbody Daypack: The Ultimate Backpack for Casual Day Adventures by Nate Mims

Great for commuting!

I use it as a travel bag. I walk to work or use a scooter in good weather, and a backpack is more comfortable and balanced than a handbag or tote. Also, it's harder to steal. This is my first time using a sling pack instead of a dual strap pack and I have to say I love it. It feels very secure and isn't as bulky as a full backpack. This one in particular looks very nice. Very cool. Quite suitable for work. There's enough room inside for a 13-inch laptop, but probably no more. I usually have a lunch box in there, a Kindle Fire, and maybe a paperback or notebook. The front pocket fits (barely) a small Kindle Fire, although I don't use it for that in case I drop it on a hard surface and shatter the screen. It's a good size for a phone and headphones and maybe a little more money. Under the flap there is a small open pocket and a large zipped pocket. I carry a mini umbrella and lint roller in a zipped one. It's a tight fit, but worth it. There is a small zipped pocket on one side of the bag and a stretch mesh pocket on the other, although I don't use them often as the backpack sits at an angle so anything I put in these pockets can fall out, especially when on- or take off backpack. You can also change which side it "buckles up" on by buckling and unbuckling the belt.
