I appreciate excellent customer service because I work as a life coach, but my most recent encounter with BCXY disappointed me. Batteries and household goods were ordered by me, however the delivery was delayed, which was quite inconvenient. It was difficult to get through to their customer care when I tried to ask for an update, and the representative didn't appear to want to help. It was annoying to have to follow up with them and wait so long for a reply. Their website may also use better navigation and more thorough product descriptions, as I discovered. Although their product selection is remarkable, I am let down by the neglect shown to customer care and website usability. I wish BCXY will take action to raise the quality of their customer care and deliver on their promises.
