I have a 17 lb yorkie pug I bought these for, true to size! I purchased a size 5-6.I've never bought my dog booties before and this was mainly bought with the intention of just keeping his feet warm instead of using them outdoors.The elastic is a little hard to get around his paws but once they are on there and secured, he actually started prancing around enjoying them! I did put them in some water just to test the water resistance and I feel comfortable with the idea of him wearing them in water or snow.

The inside is lined with fleece and when I took his boots off, his paws were nice and toasty.I would recommend this product
