Orange Pineapple doesn't taste that great (worst tasting liquid L-Carnitine I've had) and the "spiciness" is almost too much. I used to take a lot of thermogenics and it creates an almost uncomfortable heat/sweat. For people complaining of a fishy smell this isn't necessarily this product, but most likely you are taking too much L-carnitine per day, more than 2-3g daily can cause this problem (regardless of what the directions say ).
