I bought two of these for Christmas, one for each of my boys. They loved her, but within 5 months both stopped working. I wasn't concerned as ENVEL has a guarantee on their products. I emailed their support team and they responded asking for more information. It was a month ago. I have sent numerous emails with no response. My kids ask every day when they'll get their new headsets, but I don't have any information to give them. Dissatisfied with the fact that the company does not endorse its products.
