Review on πŸŽ’ Solo New York Duane Hybrid Convertible Laptop Briefcase, Slate, Universal Size by Tony Meyer

Revainrating 4 out of 5

An almost perfect portfolio with a few small design flaws.

I chose to keep this bag instead of the 15.6" Solo Urban Slim Laptop Briefs, Black, UBN101-4 because this bag is much roomier and can be used as a briefcase, briefcase or briefcase It's made from a decent thickness of water and impact resistant material, but I wouldn't recommend throwing it in a puddle or crating it up It also has good laptop padding. While the case on top has slightly better materials and padding, I think they both share the same excellent build quality in terms of materials used and stitching, meaning both can stand on their own, even if they are not fully packed. This bag convinces for the following two reasons: 1. This bag fits 13 inch Macbook Pro Retina from early 2015 along with the usual accessories like power bank, mouse, headphones and mini bluetooth speaker. , and there is still room for a (notebook/text) book, an extra thin sweater and hat, cooking utensils and a small bottle of water. It also has a small pocket next to the laptop sleeve that can hold a tablet that I'm not using. This is what I take to work and still has plenty of room, although I try not to overload things as I don't like carrying extra things that I don't need. 2. I also love how you can wear it 3 different ways. The backpack straps can be tucked in and out of the zipped pocket located behind the bag and the shoulder straps have hooks that attach to the lower back of the bag. The shoulder straps can be detached when not in use. The handles have a cuff that keeps them together for more comfort when in use. Said hooks are made of durable plastic and I would have preferred metal, and the cuffs on the handles don't bother me much and for both of those reasons I would give this bag more. Grade 4.5. For me, this is almost the perfect bag. It has a few (very) minor design flaws, but they can be overlooked if one is flexible about how to use it.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Upgradable
