Received this as a finish and materials test before I went out of my way to get replacement housings for my switch. It was easy to replace, just pry off the buttons, a few remove screws to take the front off and flip over with the new front. A bit of a sticky grip. I don't mind it yet but it doesn't look like any other controller I've had. The finish is great. Great pearlescent finish. It's amazing is green when it's face to face and purple when it's at an angle. honestly i wish it was the other way around but i still love it so i will do my best for my switch. With the texture is most likely everything ok joycon with broken analog stick means i will most likely swap the whole thing and select the shell once .let's see.i only use my xbox one controller for pc gaming and it's not my main driver so i won't be interacting with the shell on a daily basis. However, its looks will keep it on my desk.
