These towels are good and cheap at $1.50 each for a small quantity. You can get similar towels for a third of the price per piece if you buy in packs of 36. So if you use them frequently, this is the way to go. I dedicate specific rolls of towels in a specific color to detail our cars and I wanted more blue so this was a good way for me. I can have 36 towels in total, but I don't need more than 8 towels of that color. I use blue cloths for the bottom end of the car, like the wheels and rocker panels where they pick up more road dirt and grit. Each weighs 45 g, which corresponds to 290 g/m² (GSM). On the one hand a very low pile, on the other hand a slightly higher pile. I find them good for general cleaning and mopping. The low pile side may lend itself to a final polishing of the glass without too many streaks.
