Update: It's not just about the height. Every single part of this tripod is warped in one way or another. I've struggled to find a way to tweak things to make it work, but there are too many different kinky parts. Finally it's time to send it back. I really wanted to give this tripod 5 stars because most aspects are really great but the plane isn't properly aligned with the tripod so the connection isn't smooth. This is a big problem and shouldn't be taken lightly because if the level isn't accurate and the shots aren't consistent then why bother. I gave it 3 stars considering its stability and great features, but I'll have to return it and buy another tripod if I want smooth footage.
