Mine came with a black case, not the US flag as shown in the picture. 1 star deduction for the blurry picture. Otherwise I like the glasses. Yes, the lenses fly out when you rotate the frame. But usually they come back with no problems. I like graduated tones: darker on top (where the sun is) and lighter on the bottom. I find myself unconsciously tilting my head down a few degrees to see past the top half while driving and raising my head to read. Like bifocals, only tinted. I haven't tried it for night driving yet. But I'm surprised at how well they replaced my daytime driving goggles. UPDATE: I endured 2 pairs for 9 months. After daily wear (I never leave the house without them) the earbud broke where the rubber clasp connects to the plastic part. It's the thinnest plastic. Both couples collapsed in the same way. Another 1 star deduction. I really liked them until they broke, so you know I'll be looking for something more durable (and probably more expensive) with a similar design.
