If you love making summer buns or using rice paper to wrap Vietnamese food, this is for you. This allows you to dip the rice paper and quickly swish it around to get the paper completely wet. The sides hold the paper well and this saves a lot of space. When I was a kid we used a gut for dipping rice paper and a separate plate for wraps. The first time I saw one of these was in a restaurant and I thought it was brilliant. So simple and yet so effective. Since we don't eat out as often due to the pandemic, it was nice to be able to make them at home and use them. This really frees up desk space and makes the whole process much easier and cleaner. If you know what it's for and eat this type of food, you should go get it yourself. It is durable, easy to clean and waterproof. I like it.
