This stool is exactly what I wanted! I've only been using it for a few weeks, but I already feel like my posture at work is improving. I think it should have recommended starting in short intervals (because sitting in a chair all day can get pretty sore), but luckily I've read this before about a similar product. The seat flexes when you sit on it, but I think that's what it's made for. It doesn't fold but is nice and flexible and adjusts to how you want to sit. I'm quite short and it suits me!
