Review on AKG K361BT Bluetooth Studio Headphones - Over-Ear, Closed-Back, and Foldable by Kenta Sasaki ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I'm impressed! Exactly the product deserves your attention.

I am a lover of jazz, lounge, psychedelic rock. I do not like to pay a lot for things that are easy to drop, lose, break. I was looking for a replacement for my favorite soft, but condom wired Beyerdynamic Custom one pro, the sound of which, in my opinion, bypasses competitors by about $ 1.5k. Needed a new favorite ear cushion with mic and BT, good insulation. Another requirement is pronounced capacious highs for the strong vocals of Jefferson Airplane and Beth Hart, percussion by Sade and of course Pink Floyd - without overexposure, and with a good bass attack. Beers coped with this task perfectly well, and at 16 Ohm they were shaken by any source. So. Until recently, I have not seen analogues. Then I accidentally saw it and decided to try it, AKG all the same, AHC and I always liked the shade. So, I found almost what I was looking for. Comfortable, sugar ambas with excellent isolation, there is a microphone and BT. Neat, without a , design. Hold a charge for a long time. Bass - the attack is rather weak, but they are there! And even though they write that they are not for electro - they directly bloom on synth - due to the reduction in the detail of the track, they are taken out only in this way. The stage is a little flatter than we would like. The upper center suffers - there is not enough femvocal, which is surprising for an AKG. But this is - in comparison with very bright Beers, mb I am deaf, I like it to make it through. I would compare these ACGs with 1000 Sonys, which are very similar in sound. I give the sound 4.5 for overall clarity and balance with a bias towards midbass. Everything is there, but you have to get used to some monotony from the high fade in a couple of dB. I am sure that the amp will open brighter, but again - what for the ears for 7k amps? By the combination of characteristics and price - a solid 5 and a recommendation. I think that the 371 will have a wider stage and a brighter top, but 20%+ more expensive. Definitely satisfied with the purchase. For travel, recreation, skiing, work - excellent. *For a serious vocal studio - will not work.

Pros
  • For February 2022, probably the best option for your money in terms of the totality of characteristics.
Cons
  • Chuuut almost lacks emphasis on the upper middle (female vocals)
