The wiper is good but the lever was bearish

I ended up just removing the wiper blade from the lever and replacing my old wiper. My hand is just fine and I'd like to put in a new hand, but the old hand hasn't budged even though I'm an experienced mechanic. You can break a window if you try too hard, so I decided to just use a windshield wiper blade.
