It CANNOT BE RETURNED even if it is defective

I received this pen and it was defective. All I wanted was a replacement but he said no returns and no place to request a replacement. I got this ink all over my body after following the instructions on the pictures (a whole bunch was written in Japanese and I wish I knew what it said!). I pressed the button and a silvery transparent liquid spilled onto my paper and onto ME! And get it - not a drop on the brush! So very disappointed. I want a replacement!
