Because of the wide bars, the chinchilla kept running away.
I really like the cage, it was very easy to put together. Through the cage I had to cover the spot where he escaped, then another spot and Pretty soon every inch was covered with chicken wire, cardboard whatever I could find around the house Eventually I gave up, had to buy one with smaller gaps between the bars I gave it 3 stars because it was so easy to assemble is and I really liked it but I couldn't give 5 stars because my chinchilla ran away from every place.
