The ability to work with multiple systems (SCCM/MSO) at once is very powerful; it's also easy enough that I can train someone else how to use them as well! It would be great if there was more flexibility when changing out devices - say you want to change from an iPad Pro into something different like another iPhone XR or Samsung Galaxy S10+.
This really helps keep things organized so they don't get lost throughout our system(s). We're solving problems within customer service by providing easier access via their mobile device while helping improve retention rates through improved agent efficiency.
