I have the MEIKE brand tubes listed as $5-6 more expensive than these on Revain. Was it a mistake? I don't know, but I've noticed that other reviewers have mentioned this in other Revain reviews. I suspect there are 3 extension tube containers labeled 'Good', 'Better' and 'Better' and when there is a sale the box is pulled from that particular container! They work quite well on my two Olympus E-M10 IIs. and my cameras are E-M5 III m43s. Auto exposure works and autofocus works as long as I'm in the 25-50mm focal range (50-100mm for full-frame 35mm cameras), which is normal for a short telephoto lens. More than a short telephoto lens and the autofocus is just unreliable because most of the time you're too close even on manual focus anyway. wide angle? mmm . . WA lenses have a natural close focus ability anyway, so adding an extension tube will likely require your lens to be almost touching the subject, which is an awkward working distance. The auto exposure seems to work well, although they might be a bit dark. However, this is nothing that can't be fixed with a retouch editing program or by setting the camera to "overexposure" by, say, a third of a frame. However, most people will find the Olympus exposure acceptable. But for us perfectionists? We're obsessed with things like that. This is a plastic construction but is of high quality. The intermediate rings are light and do not wobble during installation. However, since they are plastic, I would advise avoiding heavier lenses. But most really heavy lenses will be extreme telephoto lenses, which are unlikely to be suitable for macro photography anyway. So far I think these extension tubes will work well for me as a lightweight attachment for everyday close-up photography. Photo. I'm very happy for the little money I spent.
