So what do we get from a gaming headset that costs less than $20? In the case of this headset, a lot. I've been on the lookout for Christmas gifts for family and this headset seems great for my gamer nephews. Includes headset and 3.5mm audio/mic splitter. The headset feels solid with a predominantly matte finish. I like the matte finish as it is fingerprint resistant. The red LED lights are a nice touch as they add more power when gaming. I'm surprised the noise cancellation actually works great. It removes background noise and makes the game more exciting. This headset is stereo only, but you can turn on Dolby Atmos Surround Sound (sold separately on MS Store) and you get more immersive 7.1 audio quality. This headset places more emphasis on mids or clarity, which is good for communicating with your teammates. I contacted other players and they said that everything is fine with my microphone. Overall I can't ask for more for the price. At less than $20 (when I got it) it's a steal.
