Review on GE JVM3160RFSS Range Microwave Stainless by Sourn Debremarkos

This microwave has died on us twice in less than a year. First time it was about 9 months, had to wait 2 weeks for the fitters to get the part to fix, worked great again. And now, about a month later, I tried heating up my warm coffee for 15 seconds and the thing did it AGAIN. Everything is blacked out, the buttons don't work, almost a paperweight now. I plugged something else into the outlet, it works fine. The microwave is dead as a doornail two days before Thanksgiving. THANK YOU GE. Also, their service is so annoying - the first time both GE and the mechanics tried to tell us it wasn't a guarantee because it was made over a year ago. What? Isn't the purchase date more relevant considering we only bought it 9 months ago? (Yes yes it is.). After explaining this to GE, then to the repairer, then to the repairer, they finally agreed to fix the problem. Now that she's dead again, I'm not in that microwave anymore. I'll buy something else, something different.
