The cable insulation breaks easily.
I installed it on a trunk with a trailer hitch. The pedestrian/vehicle collision sensor on the luggage rack has tripped I had to plug something into the trailer socket to make the car think I had a trailer behind the car which disables the warning I figured if I need to plug something in I can too attach to the sides and back of the luggage rack so it is clearly visible at night. The insulation on the wires breaks easily if the wires are bent severely. I applied liquid tape to problem areas. Great job otherwise.
