Just perfect.
The box has everything you need at a small price. You don't have to install anything. It contains clear instructions that you must follow. They are as simple as one, two and three. I use this to split my PlayStation 4's signal to an Elgato capture card and my main monitor. I didn't notice any input lag or anything like that, so no worries about picture/audio lag. The pictures show two boxes in one package, when in reality there is only one.
