Its pros: 37 MB/s random read speed in one stream - smartly. Copying say 50 gigabytes from one 970 to another takes place at a speed of 1800 MB / s - norms. Some cons: At rest, t ~ 51 degrees. Under load - under 70. This is with a regular ROG Gene radiator - over which the processor fan pulls out air.
