As a regular lip balm user for years, I was discouraged when my 48 year old, hormonally changing body suddenly decided I had very dry lips. I ALWAYS carry lip balm with me - one in my purse, one in my pocket, one by the bed. But suddenly my skin and lips changed dramatically.
