Nowhere in the seller's listing are actual measurements given for this belt. But I bought it because I knew it probably wouldn't fit anyway. So here are the actual measurements: buckle to last hole 0-32 inches (0-81 cm), buckle to end of strap 0-37 inches (0-94 cm). I have 2XL so didn't fit without modifications. I just added the end of an old belt and got it working, it came out pretty good but wouldn't recommend it unless you're keen on changing it.
