Bought this air purifier for the bedroom. It's small enough to fit discreetly in a room, yet powerful enough to circulate fresh air several times an hour. There wasn't a bad smell in my room that I wanted to get rid of, but it had more to do with living in Los Angeles (one of the worst air quality cities). It sounds strange, but when you turn on this device and smell the air coming from above, it smells clean and fresh! I realize this probably sounds silly since it's an air purifier, but I've never had one and had no idea that the air in my room would actually smell better. The air in the room smells completely different since I bought the thing; cleaner and fresher. I am very sensitive to noise and it will wake me up. Without realizing it, I'm probably also sensitive to smells that might have woken me up earlier. CONTROLS - When you connect it to the network, the device will beep and the controls on the panel will light up. They're very intuitive, and while there's an instruction manual, I'm not sure how necessary it is. The power button is in the middle and you can conveniently set the fan speed (low, medium, high) and timer (2, 4, 6 hours). I leave it on medium speed and set the time to 2 hours. QUIET - I was surprised at how quiet this unit is. I am a light sleeper and should not be disturbed by noises in the room that could wake me up. Low and medium speeds are very quiet. The high speed creates a bit of noise, but it's like white noise, so it's more soothing than annoying. FILTER SENSOR - I wanted a device with this feature. I know I completely forget to change the filter if I don't have it. Therefore, the icon on the control panel lights up when replacement is required. DESIGN - Love the simple design. It's all white with a black top where the controls and vents are located. As we said, it's small and thin, but thankfully efficient enough to circulate and clean the air several times an hour. FREE FILTER - Let's assume it comes with every unit but mine came with a free filter replacement offer. I haven't done it yet but I think you will get it if you register the product and of course this translates into warranty coverage as well. For the price, this device is worth the better air quality and sleep. Now I need to get a bigger one for my living room!
