I bought this shirt for my son in his normal size to wear to job interviews. He likes the tailored fit as he hates clothes that feel baggy so I figured a tailored fit would work. However, it is a VERY narrow fit. I think you should have a completely flat stomach so it doesn't look tight. It's more on the shoulders and top, so much so that he actually wore it for online interviews, just trying to show just his torso! He liked the material and so did I. It's a cool feel and very light - I'd say a little too thin but not too thin. I like the stain removing quality. He poured some coffee on it, not grating it as instructed, and it washed it off immediately. Generally if you are lean in all the right places this might work for you but I'm not sure how many people have a broad shouldered body without a bit of belly fat!
