ZDC is easy-to use - it really does not require much effort from users after getting used of its interface that makes sense out off any other metadata management system in market today! It allows you have your own way when handling meta information about an object or document without having all kinds (or too many) tools available under one roof as with some competitors solutions like ADAM/ALADEM etc..

I would say this should be considered by everyone who wants flexibility but also want more control over how they manage documents / files within SharePoint Online environment using Microsoft 365 services only!! A good tool if are running into issues where managing different file types at once can sometimes become overwhelming especially while migrating legacy content across environments which still has old format versions stored away somewhere else eveywhere around our corporate network!! The benefits i see so far were able easely.
