Great deal for the price

For the price, this Bonsen IPL hair removal device is a great deal. So IPL stands for Intense Pulsed Light. It differs from laser hair removal in that it doesn't use an actual laser and is therefore not as effective as actual laser treatment, but over time IPL is very good at removing hair permanently if you meet the criteria. You must understand that it is the contrast between hair and skin color that allows IPL to act on the hair follicles. Therefore, people with fair skin and very dark hair are ideal candidates. It does not work to remove gray or silver hair because hair does not contain melanin. People with very dark skin are also not suitable. Next, you should know that hair has 3 growth stages. IPL and laser only work to remove hair that is in the active growth phase. Because of this, you need to treat this area multiple times to ensure you capture all the hairs in their active growth phase. So once you've determined that you're a good candidate for IPL hair removal, it's pretty easy. You must clean and shave the areas to be treated just before using the device. Do not pluck, pluck or epilate these areas as you will need the hair root in place. The root contains melanin, which is necessary for light absorption. Then put on your sunglasses and get going. (DO NOT stare into the light pulses as this can cause eye damage.) The light pulses are not harmful, but they are warm. Just go over the areas you want to treat and make sure you get good coverage. This particular IPL tool is the cheapest I have ever seen. It's a no-frills device, but it seems to work well. In the box you get the device, power adapter, shaver, sunglasses and a surprisingly decent instruction manual. You can set the device to 5 power levels and choose manual and automatic modes. The instruction manual recommends using the device twice a week for the first 4 weeks, then once a week for the next 4 weeks, and then once or twice a month thereafter. limited budget as it works just as well as much more expensive IPL devices.
