Even though I LOVE Kindle Fire and the fact that I have an Amazon Kids+ with time limits for my kids, THIS Kindle was difficult to handle. Sometimes it stays on a black screen and won't turn on until I take it for 20-30 minutes. then sometimes it stays on the "kids" screen where it "loads" but nothing happens. I also bought an 8 inch Kindle around the same time and it gave me no problems! I would be very happy if someone could help me with this problem. I don't know if this is a common problem, but when it is, it's very frustrating. I love the amazon kids+ subscription, but if the Kindle doesn't work, there's no point paying month-to-month so I can't use it.
