Bought 2 of these bean bags. I was satisfied when I first bought them a year ago. They looked exactly like the picture and were very comfortable to sit in. The upper is easy to wipe clean and is made of high quality material. Bean bags started to sag after a few months. I figured it should be an easy fix to just buy styrofoam pellets and refill. To my surprise, refueling was very difficult and dirty. I've tried many different methods. For example, transfer the granules from the bag onto the back of the chair and fill in new granules. In another review they suggested taking a bare paper towel holder and attaching it to the bag so it would be convenient to dump out the pellets (I did). After many tries, I ended up with a bunch of small balls on the floor and a still empty beanbag. The problem with refilling is that it's difficult to transfer the pellets to the armrests of the chair and fill it up completely. When I unzip the pellets in the chair fly out and I can't put more in. When I try to push the pellets into the chair with my hands, the foam pellets stick to my arms and forearms. I might try stuffing this chair with cushions as suggested by a customer. I do not recommend this product. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT. I LOST MONEY BUYING THESE CHAIRS.
