I am a licensed dental assistant and this is the same material used in the dental office. That is amazing. Removes stains after the first application. It's not a cure-all and it may take a few times if you have stubborn stains, but it works. My son loves sweet tea and is very prone to stains. He can't go to the dentist for cleaning after almost 2 months, but after one use his stains are 90% gone. His teeth look almost fresh from the dentist's cleaning. Do not use this paste every day, it is not toothpaste and is not safe for everyday use. There is a taste. Fur. Not tasty, but not disgusting either. If you don't have a polisher at home, a battery-powered toothbrush will do. When it comes to application, less is more. That means you don't put everything on your toothbrush at once. Use it little by little until you have done all the teeth. A small cup is enough for an adult's mouth.
