Size is always an issue when buying a mix But not in this case My little girl has a 13" neck, 18" chest and 15" chest Length. and the medium suits her perfectly - even a little baggy around the shoulders. Even in the hood, which is often too small, there is enough space for easy dressing and undressing. And there is a harness hole so she can wear it indoors and outdoors! The best part is that she loves it and loves wearing it! Would definitely get this and order from them again. Thank you 🐾
