I've owned 6 different WiFi routers over the years. And I always had connection problems. If I ever had to restart my computer or just turn it off when I turned it back on, I was guaranteed to spend 45 minutes trying to connect to the internet. And this problem was on two different laptops. I bought this router after an unfortunate thunderstorm that burned out most of my electronics, luckily my laptops were unplugged. After much research I found out that this one has better reviews at a modest price. It's perfection since the first time I plugged it in! Installation was very easy, it took less than 10 minutes to install and I haven't been disconnected since. And whether I'm up or down, I have a great connection. Definitely a great buy
