People saying that you can use a rubber band have obviously not tried using this device to it's full potential. You have the ability to isolate each finger by putting the thumb inside the middle hole or putting other fingers in there and isolating the thumb. Having a device (I carry it in my backpack with my snacks at college) reminds me to do the exercises instead of a rubber band which would just get lost somewhere and forgotten about. I also use the Progrip exerciser for flexing exercises.
- These extension tools are portable and can be used anytime and anywhere, making them great for home workouts or on-the-go use
- May not be as effective as targeted exercises or stretches.
