Review on Cliff.ai by Gary Reed

I love how easy it is for me as an admin, not just my team members but also myself! It has made our life so much easier with regards monitoring all of these different tools that we use daily across multiple teams within one organization at once!! Nothing specifically - everything about this tool works great thoughoutly from setup/use through reporting etc.. The only thing i dislike would be if they could somehow integrate more into Salesforce instead maybe? But overall its been very helpful & efficient when used properly.- Tracking KPIs related directly back tot he sales process (and vice versa).
